Last night was incredible! Nay! Epic! We did 42 miles up and over Sepulveda, down to Venice. Chilled at Staples Center for a quick regroup then nailed it through Hollywood and back up into the valley.
Windy as shit, made you wanna stick on that wheel ahead of you cuz you were dead if you didn’t. Believe me, I know.
What a rad ride! Hot chicks and brawls were on the menu once we go into Hollywood! Only to be faced with the Nichols Canyon climb up, up, up and over into the valley. Until next week…
Baseball season is upon us, and although I don’t give a fuck about it, we’re heading downtown to circle Dodger Stadium. Jesus is making the rain stop for us so make it out for this one…
Bicykillers #49
It had been pouring all day long. Streets were flooded and people were scurying home with wreckless abandon. Waiting at the Bicykillers meet spot, a faint flashing light got closer. Then another, and another. 5 drenched riders ready to ‘kill the Valley.
I never really rode in the rain. Sprinkles, yeah, but real unrelenting rain was a different story.
We took off. Heading down the slick streets beside dumbfounded drivers my shoes filled with water instatnly. My back and face, striped with sand and debris from the road… This is real. A mile in, I was about to head home, to dry off, drink some whisky and head to bed, but I kept riding with the group. I got over the fact that I was soaked. We rode and rode and the rain didn’t seem to matter.
I got home wet and tired, hung my clothes in the shower and tried to sleep. Epic.

That’s right folks, Ipso has been working feverishly on getting the Bicykillers website on lock down and it’s almost ready for primetime! And BOOM goes the dynamite!
